Nighttime Navigator is committed to providing high-quality, personalised sleep support services. This policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be provided.
2. Nature of Sleep Support
Sleep support is a collaborative process that requires active participation and commitment from parents or carers. Suggestions and guidance are provided based on information shared at the time of consultation, including any logs or follow-up information. While evidence-based strategies are provided and tailored to your family, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
3. No-Refund Policy
Due to the time, expertise, and individualised support provided, all payments for consultations and services are non-refundable, including:

Missed appointments or partial attendance

Changes of mind after booking

Modifications to support packages requested by the client
4. Changes in Client Goals
If, during the course of the support period, you choose to change your aims or objectives, continued support may not be possible if the new direction falls outside the scope of realistic or evidence-based outcomes.
5. Practitioner Cancellations
In the event that Nighttime Navigator must cancel an appointment due to illness or circumstances beyond our control, the appointment will be rescheduled as soon as possible at a mutually convenient time.
6. Acknowledgement
By booking a sleep support package, clients acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy, which forms part of the Nighttime Navigator Terms & Conditions.
