Service Description

An assessment of your sleep concerns In house review of your child's daily and evening routine from 4pm until 7pm. I can see first hand what your routine looks like. A 30 minute chat reviewing your evening routine. A sleep support plan tailored to suit your family's needs. A one hour consultation via zoom, to go through the plan. Ongoing daily support for 14 days via WhatsApp. 2 x 20 minute bookable phonecalls per week. Signing off phonecall and email. Please note: Support package begins on receipt of sleep support plan. This package is location dependant and all travel expenses will be quoted for. I will travel up to one hour each way and will additionally charge 45p per mile.
